Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund eligibility may take into account service usage, including pages processed through statementconvert. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be issued in full, partially, or declined, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
